It took 50 TONS, but it's all done now. Yep, we've re-leveled and packed firm and tight every stall we have with good clean dirt, i.e., no rocks, sand or debris. It's the dirtiest thing we've ever done at Braided Oak, but it will keep our boarders high and dry for the winter, (along with wall-to-wall 3/4" rubber mats and fresh shavings daily). Come see for yourself!

Good fences make good neighbors. And good fences require attention, upkeep, and, occasionally, replacement. That said, sometimes it just looks and feels great to throw down a new stretch of fencing. We have 52 acres of pastures and wooded trails and nearly three miles of fencing. This means secure boundaries and a flexible interior of several pastures and paddocks. It all adds up to a great place that's safe and secure, and flexible for your needs.

We don't need any carpenter bees around here. We've been busy as bees ourselves--carpenter bees! Mending fences, adding fences, refacing stall walls and trimming barn trim. Not that it was all needed. But you know how chores are. Once you get started….
Spring has Sprung!
We're jumping into action now that the weather's turned nice. Here's a spruced up stall waiting for you!
